Evening all - There could be an issue for some new subscribers, who appear as incomplete during the sign up process.
Fansmine have advised that their payment platform is blocking some users and rejecting the card (no reason given). Unfortunately the block is then linked to the email address and payment method used, so a new one will be required in order to sign up.
If you have any issues when signing up, please let me know!
